Our pool was scheduled to be filled within days, but without a compliant safety fence, the project would have been delayed. He sent a quote right away and worked with his installation team to rearrange their schedule so they could fit us in. Although our project was relatively small, I never felt like a low priority. Ari genuinely cared about helping us find a solution. Soon afterward, Mir, who manages the installations, called to let us know they could actually install the fence even earlier than expected. He was professional, responsive, and his impeccable sense of humour made every interaction enjoyable, we genuinely laughed every time we spoke. The installation team was punctual, courteous, hardworking, and did an outstanding job. From start to finish, everyone at SafeFence exceeded our expectations. They delivered exactly what they promised, met our aggressive timeline, and made what could have been a very stressful situation completely seamless.
